I just returned from Florida where my sister and her family lives. It’s hard being back in the cold gloom of Vancouver… We had a great time at the beach, boating, looking at wildlife, and relaxing by the pool. One of the highlights was a trip to Fort Myers on the Gulf Coast — a glimpse of central Florida (sugar fields, ranches, small towns) — and then perfect white sandy beaches and cheery cabins.
